No Refund Within 24 Hours
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity are not eligible for a refund.
Payment Deadline
Full payment must be completed at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation.
Seasonal Booking Note
This policy may vary depending on the season. Outside peak season, guests may be able to book a package up to 2 hours before the activity time, subject to availability.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of unavoidable situations such as severe weather conditions or natural calamities, the package will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued automatically, regardless of the other terms.
